The residential house located at 9, Kikodze St. belonged to the Kaitmazov brothers, merchants of the second guild. At different times, the Tbilisi Art Society and the Estonian Consulate were located in the building. The fact that the first Tbilisi Christmas tree was erected is also connected to this house, which is captured on a photo taken in 1913. The photo belongs to Giglo Karalashvili's collection and is in the National Photo Archive
