Information in details
The large three-storey building is located at the corner of 9, P. Melikishvili Avenue and 12, Sh. Gambashidze Street dates back to the end of the 19th century. The eclectic decoration of richly decorated elegant facades is built on a combination of architectural motifs of the Renaissance and Baroque styles. Rectangular doors and windows arranged in a frequent and even rhythm, metal openwork balconies, and rusted rows of walls create an orderly, clearly divided facade composition. Due to its artistic-architectural value and spatial-planning structure, the building plays an important role in creating the artistic-historical and planning face of the avenue.
