Information in details
The building of "Zaria Vostoka" located at 42, Rustaveli Avenue was built in 1929 by the Russian architect D. Chisliev. Stylistically, the building built according to the constructivist principle, in which "national" elements are used in a small dose, shows a kind of connection with the world architectural buildings of the same period (the so-called international style existing in America and Europe). This one of the most remarkable buildings of constructivist architecture was built as an editorial office of the daily republican newspaper "Zaria Vostoka", the first issue of which was published in Tbilisi on June 20, 1922.
