Information in details
The building built in the second half of the 19th century at 32, Kote Abkhaz St. has two facades, both are richly decorated, although the main facade is still from Erekle Street; The building on this side has three floors. In the right corner of the first floor there is a wooden entrance door with a metal grill, and wide openings come out next to it. The second and third floors are divided by four windows and one door each, but the main artistic-architectural accent of the facade is made of a large metal arched openwork balcony. In Tbilisi, where there was a high culture and tradition of wooden ornamental balconies, this type of iron balcony was a rarity. 32, Kote Abkhaz St. / 21, Erekle II St. the metal balcony of the residential house, in this regard, is one of the outstanding examples.
