The building located at the intersection of 10, Machabeli and 14, Lermontov Streets is full of historical memories. The building plays an important role in shaping the artistic-architectural look of both streets. The original owner of the building was an  engineer A. Mirzoev, who built a luxurious two-story house in Sololaki district. The stylistic solution of the building is dictated by the European architectural repertoire, including the decoration of elements decorated with a modern "Art Nouveau" style. Richly decorated initials of the Owner- A.M. are included in window grilles. The luxurious appearance of the building is created by the metal balconies, grilles, entrance door and its railings.
