Located on the corner of 5, Gorgasali I lane and 23/10 ,Tumaniani St., the two-story brick-built cubical building offers an interesting example of Tbilisi houses with a balcony, with the main facade to the river. The house overlooking the Mtkvari is located in one of the oldest squares of the city and opens to the environment with a wooden ornamental balcony. A hanging balcony decorated with carved arches supported by wooden Doric columns is the main decorative and artistic-architectural motif of the building. Such wooden houses with balconies scattered over the difficult terrain of Abanotubani are easily recognizable business cards of Tbilisi.
