The building located at 128, Davit Agmashenebeli Avenue was built in 1893 by the German architect V. Stern. This building was the architect's own residence. The facade composition of the building is created by a combination of Islamic and Eastern elements, which is why the building is one of the outstanding examples of Tbilisi architecture.
