The building located at 16, P. Ingorokva St. was built in 1877 and its first owner, Hasan-Khan Agalerov, sold it in 1892 to Karapet-beg Lalayev, a merchant of the second guild of Baku. In 1896, the Persian Consulate settled in the building, which is the reason for the Persian inscriptions on the facade openings. The building is located in the depth of the development and with its artistic form, refined proportions and facade composition largely defines the artistic look of the street. In addition to the facade, the luxurious decoration of the interior is interesting.
