Shota Rustaveli Ave

Rustaveli Ave. #24., the house located at 1, Mitrophane Lagidze St., on the first floor of which the well-known Lagidze waters were located, according to archival materials, belonged to Nikoloz Dobzhansky, a member of the city council, a military officer. The construction of the fourth floor was carried out during the Soviet period and its author was K. Meretia.
