D.Chonkadze Street

The building located at 12, D. Chonkadze St. was built in 1915 by the Armenian architect M. P.  Ohajanov. The client and owner of the building was the merchant of the first guild, N. I. Bozardjants. The building project won the first prize in the best facade competition held by the City Council, Duma. The building is one of the best examples of modern Art Nouveau architecture.Georgian Films "Data Tutashkhia", "Seventeen Moments of Spring" were shot in this house.
