David Aghmashenebeli Avenue

The building of the former "Sakhkinmretsvi" factory-atelier located at 164, Agmashenebeli Ave was built in 1929-1930 by the Azerbaijani architect B.  Buzoghli. When designing the building, the author repeated the forms and motifs of the national architecture, turned the wall planes of the building into decoration, subordinated the functional side of the building to the architectural forms. The building is stylistically built in a "pseudo-Georgian" style.
