Information in details
The residential house built in the middle of the 19th century, located at 140, Agmashenebeli Ave., is one of the earliest buildings on Davit Agmashenebeli Avenue. The facade of the house built with old Georgian bricks is covered with plain plaster, and the main accent is the wooden balconies of the second and third floors. The balcony of the third floor was actually a mezzanine, but during the restoration and reconstruction works carried out in 2009-2011, a third mansard type floor was built on the building, which significantly changed the proportions and overall structure of the house.
